Terms of Service

By using OMVIC Ace you agree to these terms. The short version: use the product honestly, we'll treat you fairly, and nobody can promise you an exam result.

The service

OMVIC Ace is an independent study platform for the OMVIC Automotive Certification Course. We provide study materials, practice questions, flashcards, simulations and related tools. We are not affiliated with OMVIC or Georgian College, and using OMVIC Ace does not register you for, or exempt you from, the official course or test.

Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping access to your account secure. One account is for one person; Enterprise licensing covers teams.

Purchases & the 14-day guarantee

Premium and Lifetime are one-time payments in Canadian dollars. If you're not satisfied within 14 days of purchase, email hello@omvicace.com for a full refund — no questions asked. After a refund, paid features return to the free tier.

Acceptable use

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules, with a refund where fairness requires it.

  • Don't share, resell or redistribute the content or your account
  • Don't scrape, copy or republish the question bank or chapters
  • Don't use the platform to violate any law or third-party right

No guarantee of results

Exam outcomes depend on you. While our methods are built for first-attempt passes, we make no guarantee that you will pass the OMVIC Certification Test, obtain registration, or achieve any particular result. Statistics shown on this site are self-reported by students and described in context.

Content & accuracy

Our content is built from the official course material and updated for the edition stated on the site. Regulations change; the official manual and omvic.ca are always the authoritative sources. Nothing on OMVIC Ace is legal advice. See our Disclaimer for details.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OMVIC Ace's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including exam fees, lost income or lost opportunities.
